Serving the Chandler Community for More Than 20 Years

Beginning Monday, May 10th, we will be altering our protocols for seeing patients to allow one person to come inside with your pet during the exam.

Our LOBBY WILL REMAIN CLOSED, so we will still ask that you CALL FROM THE CAR WHEN YOU ARRIVE. When a room is available for your appointment, we will come out and get you and your pet. We will allow ONE PERSON per visit, and WE WILL REQUIRE A MASK OR FACE COVERING THAT COVERS YOUR NOSE AND MOUTH while inside the practice. We look forward to seeing you again!

For clients who still prefer to remain in the car, we will be more than happy to see your pet as we have been, while you wait outside. Please be available at the phone number you provide, so our doctors and technicians can reach you during and after the examination. If you are unavailable during your pet’s appointment, it makes it challenging for our staff to see appointments on time.

For the safety of your pet and our staff, ALL CATS MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE CLINIC IN A CARRIER.

Customers needing to pick up medications or food will still need to call from the car and we will bring these items out to you.

If you, or anyone in your household has recently tested positive or been in contact with someone who has tested positive, please consider rescheduling or having someone else bring your pet or come to the office for your medications or pet food.

The staff at Kennel Care remains dedicated to helping you and your pets. Please remain patient and work with us through this unexpected and unprecedented situation. Our goal remains providing the BEST pet care possible, while also caring for you, our doctors, our staff, and all of our loved ones. TOGETHER, we will all make it through these unusual times, and we will continue to keep your furry family members happy and healthy in the months and years to come. We thank you for your help and understanding, but MOST OF ALL for your continued loyalty, and your trust in our doctors and staff. Kennel Care cares about you and your pets, and will continue to do so through all of this.
